Director

Graduated from hotel management and economic management program, with more than 32 years of experience in various establishments of hospitality services in Indonesia and overseas has proven his expertise in managing hotels under the big name of worldwide hotel chain companies.

Started his career with the luxurious Aman Resorts International in Bali and laddering up promptly into some key positions in 5-star International Chain Hotels, Condominium & Serviced Apartments and prestigious Golf & Country Clubs in Indonesia and China for solid brands such as Melia Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels, IHG, Hainan Airlines Group, Rainwood Pine Valley Private Golf Resort, Ciputra Group, Jababeka Group, Maya Resorts Indonesia, PHM Hospitality, a subsidiary company of the biggest integrated tourism company in South East Asia – Panorama Group and MNC Land Bali, a subsidiary company of the biggest media company in Indonesia called MNC Group provided an asset management and operation assistance towards some prestigious integrated resort projects such as Trump Resort Lido, Trump Resort Bali and Park Hyatt Jakarta. Managing Director of Hotelivate, an integrated hospitality consultant.

Currently serve as Director of Hospitality Services of Colliers International Indonesia and Founder of Hita Hospitality Management, a hospitality operator.

Najib Muhamad

Chairman

Najib Muhamad was born in Jakarta in 1957, he has over 40 years of experience in the property development business.

With his leadership is driving Sultan Group for investing in development land, property that is specialized in commercial and residential sectors (hotels, resorts, villas, apartments, houses, offices, and shopping mall).

Najib Muhamad as a Chairman led Sultan to diverse into 5 subsidiary companies consisting of equity financing, land investment, property development, property management & hospitality, trading companies, medical and general waste management system.

William Kwok

Commissioner

William Kwok was born in Jakarta in 1987, he has over a decade of experience in the property & hospitality management and property development businesses.

William Kwok owns a business hotel in Menteng Central Jakarta, and he also invested and currently develop a boutique villa & resorts located in Lembang and a boutique resort consisting of luxury cottages, surfing & dive center in Poat Island, a boutique hotel in Jakarta and Bali. He owns several plantation in Indonesia and with Sultan Group, he is currently developing an agricultural business.

William Kwok through Sultan Group plans to grow his properties and agricultural businesses by investing more in land acquisition in several location in Indonesia.

VENTJE CHANDRAPUTRA SUARDANA

Commissioner

Ventje Chandraputra Suardana was born in Jakarta in 1961, he has over 38 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate sector. Specializing in the development of office towers, residential complexes, hotels, and mixed-use developments, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

With his expertise, he leads Sultan Group to become a Prominent Developer in Indonesia.
